We use Royal Mail to deliver all orders. Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, we will select the most suitable Royal Mail service.

• Next Day Delivery (Available for urgent orders at an additional charge £8)
2. Processing Time
• All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed.
• Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Custom or made-to-order jewellery may require additional time for crafting and shipping. We will inform you of any delays at the time of your purchase.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping fees are displayed before you complete your purchase.

• International Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard international shipping. Delays may occur due to customs processing.
• Tracking Information: If you choose a tracked or signed service, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Delays
